OVERVIEW
The website draw-my-pet.com (the "Site") is operated by MarketLab ("we," "our," "us"). Any browsing or purchase—hereinafter referred to as the "Service"—implies your unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTCs"), as well as other policies available via hyperlinks (Privacy Policy, Return Policy, etc.).
Any new features or tools added to the store will also be subject to these GTCs. We may update these GTCs at any time; the online version at the time of purchase shall prevail.
ARTICLE 1 – TERMS OF USE
You must be of legal majority age in your country of residence or have permission from your legal representative.
Any unlawful use (counterfeiting, distribution of malicious code, etc.) is prohibited.
Failure to comply with these GTCs will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
ARTICLE 2 – ONLINE STORE
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse the Service to anyone at any time;
- Limit quantities sold or cancel an order (particularly in cases of suspected resale).
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS & PERSONALIZATION
Certain items are personalized (name, pet image). In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, these products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, except in cases of non-conformity.
Product photos are for illustrative purposes only; minor variations in color or framing may occur.
Prices are listed in euros (VAT included) and may be modified without notice.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDER & PAYMENT
The order is considered final upon receipt of the confirmation email.
Payment is processed via our secure provider (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.). Card information is never stored by MarketLab.
ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY
The delivery times indicated on the Site are estimates. A tracking email will be sent as soon as your order is shipped.
Risk transfers to you upon handover of the package to the carrier.
ARTICLE 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

ARTICLE 7 – LEGAL WARRANTIES
You benefit from legal guarantees of conformity (24 months) and hidden defects (Article 1641 of the French Civil Code).
ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY
The Site is provided "as is." MarketLab shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions caused by external factors (network failure, force majeure, etc.).
ARTICLE 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content (texts, images, logos, algorithms) is protected. No ownership rights are transferred to the user.
ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA & COOKIES
The processing of your data is governed by the DrawMyPet Privacy Policy. The Site uses technical, analytical, and marketing cookies (with consent).
ARTICLE 11 – AMENDMENTS TO THE GTCs
We may revise these GTCs at any time; the update date is indicated at the top. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised GTCs.
ARTICLE 12 – GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These GTCs are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought; failing that, the competent courts will be those of MarketLab’s registered office.
